How do I change my password?

In the event that you need to change your password, you may proceed by doing the following:

 

Return to the Sign In page

 

Click “Forgot your password” and fill in your email address, you will receive an e-mail titled “Password Recover”. You will then be able to log into your email to change the password by yourself.

OR

 

In the event that you do not receive an email after clicking the button “Forgot your password”, please check the Junk box in your e-mail. If it still doesn’t work please contact us.

 

If you are still unsuccessful in resetting your password, contact us to apply to reset password. We will reply you within 24 hours.
